1. How do you use Word processing software ?
I use it to make a syllabus, a lesson plan, worksheets, and create tests. Also, I use it to create place cards for the classroom.
2. How do your students use Word processors ?
They use them to keep a diary, contact with their teachers, and do homework.
3. What else would you like to do with WP? think in terms of students tools/ assessment as well as teacher productivity.
I think teachers can design their assignments on the blog or put them in the blog, then ask students to write correct answers in the blog. They can share experiene of learning each other, or ask teachers questions with it. Maybe some shy shtudents can be more active in learning.
I think students also can study at home by distance learning. It is a great way for students.
Students can review the same lesson many times. And this way to learning is more comfortable for some students.

ReplyDeleteDear Mia,
ReplyDeleteI think you're a thoughtful teacher, for many ideas from you can show that your studnts are concerned in the first place. I expect you to integrate Word Processing programs with your teaching and create student-centerd lessons and activities.
Never forget to share your ideas and experience with us.
I'm so sorry that I misspelled two words.
ReplyDeleteI guess it's too late to concentrate. I'd better go to bed now. Good night!
You care some shy students using blog to improve their studing. You make good use of this blog to teach all the students.
ReplyDeleteI think distance learning, indeed, is a great way to all the students to learn in the internet. It also can shorten the distance from teachers to students by the electronic communication.
ReplyDeleteBirdie -- don't worry about spelling -- that is one of the accepted problems with blogging :)
